We understand that sometimes circumstances beyond your control can make it hard to meet your loan commitments. The best way to deal with these circumstances is to talk to us.

We're here to help you anyway we can. If you're affected by financial hardship, or even just finding things a bit of a stretch financially we encourage you to talk to us by:

We can provide a range of options to assist you with your Holiday Coast Credit Union Loans, including;
Extending your loan contract and reducing the amount of your repayment.
Short term reductions in interest rates or repayments.
Providing interest only payments short term.
Extending the loan contract and postponing of repayments for a specified period of time.
Temporary overdrafts on a one-off period and temporary basis to suit short term needs.

Talk to a Financial Counsellor
Financial counselling is a free community service provided by financial counsellors working in not for profit organisations that assist consumers who are experiencing financial problems.
