ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Also known as "revolving credit", you'll have unlimited access to your available credit limit, allowing you the freedom and flexibility to access your funds - anytime when you need them - for any purpose.
This product is so convenient, as you can use your available credit limit over and over again without having to reapply for a new loan.
ELIGIBILITY
Available for new and existing Borrowers.
SECURITY
This product may be unsecured, secured or partially secured. Holiday Coast Credit Union will advise security requirements on review of the application as to the type of security required.
Did you know that you benefit from a lower interest rate because you are able to provide some form of security for your personal overdraft? Your security protects the credit union against any financial loss which it may incur if you were unable to continue to meet your regular repayments and because the risk of loss is less we reduce the interest rates so you too can benefit.
CURRENT INTEREST RATE
Interest is calculated daily and charged monthly. When interest is calculated daily, weekly or fortnightly repayments result in less interest being charged to your overdraft over the course of the facility.
VARIABLE INTEREST RATE
With a variable interest rate, the rate of the loan will move up or down due to a number of factors, including official interest rate fluctuations and the cost of funding. This means the interest rate may go up or down during the term of the loan.
LOAN PURPOSE
Personal purposes.
FEES
Application fee applies and monthly service fee may apply depending on the amount of your Overdraft limit. Other fees may apply with different loans such as legal costs, valuations, stamp duty. We will advise you on application of any fees applicable to you.
