Raelene Monkley - 2009 Port Macquarie News - Hastings Employee of the Year

Raelene is our fantastic Collections Supervisor and was awarded the 2009 Port Macquarie News Hastings Employee of the Year on Friday 29 May 2009 at a gala presentation.

Raelene assists our members facing financial hardship to improve their financial situation whilst ensuring that there is minimal impact on the Credit Union and the broader member base - mutual benefit is a key goal for her role.

Heather Graham - Rotary Pride of Workmanship Award from the Rutherford/Telarah Rotary Club

Heather was presented with the Rotary Pride of Workmanship Award at a presentation dinner on Monday 15 June 2009, as a result of the excellent customer service she provided to the club and members of Holiday Coast Credit Union.

Heather is our wonderful Branch Supervisor at our Rutherford Branch in Maitland. Heather is committed to providing a quality service to our members, and has a can do attitude towards her work and life.
