Board of DirectorsHoliday Coast Credit Union Ltd has a Board comprising eight Directors. Six are member elected, each elected for a three-year term and two are appointed by the Board. The Board of Directors is responsible for the sound and prudent management of the Credit Union and have adopted a Corporate Governance Statement. The member elected Board of Directors are elected by the adult membership, thus exemplifying the democratic ideal. The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall management
of the Credit Union and they delegate the day to day control to
the Chief Executive Officer. A maximum of two member elected Directors positions are declared vacant each year and are subject to the Directors Election process. The Annual General Meeting provides members with an opportunity to exercise their democratic control of the Credit Union. The current Board of Directors comprises: Current as at 18 January 2009 |
