• Direct access to one of our Customer Service representatives by telephone via our “1300 365 7 24” call centre
• Touch screen access to your account for the following....
• - Pay bills by BPay
• - Check account balances, transaction details & interest earned
• - Loan repayment calculator
• - Ability to change access code
• Information Brochures in relation to our savings, loans and investment products

Deposit and withdrawal services are available for members at the “Bank@Post” facility at Settlement City Newsagency - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 12noon. To use Bank@Post all you need is your Holiday Coast Credit Union plastic transaction card and your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
