Providing Your Account Details
Electronic Debits and Credits for the payment of bills or for
the receiving of wages and other payments are a very safe and convenient
way for you to manage your finances.
It is very important when making arrangements for these facilities
that the correct information is given. Giving incorrect information
can cause delays in payments being sent or received, or can cause
funds to be debited or credited to the wrong account.
The following information will assist you in providing the correct
information when completing forms requesting your bank account details:
Financial Institution: Holiday Coast Credit Union Ltd
Account Name: This is the name of the person(s) who own
the account. It must be stated exactly the same as your membership
details. For example: G J & J C Maher or R Williams
T/as Great Coffee. If you are unsure of the exact name of your
membership, please contact us to check.
BSB: The BSB number for all branches of Holiday Coast Credit
Union is 802-214.
Account Number: Your account number is your Membership Number,
which can be anywhere from 1 to 6 digits in length. Some forms will
have boxes allowing for up to 9 digits - simply leave the excess
boxes blank.
Important Note:
When providing your account number, do not include the
account type as this is not part of your account number. If you
wish to specify a particular account type (for example "S2"
or "L84") please contact us and we will provide you with
a unique 9 digit account number which will identify the account
type of your choice.
