Internet Banking has soared in popularity over the past few years, and is now a service which most people expect from their Financial Institution. Did you know that we were the first Credit Union in Australia to introduce Online Banking?

Since 1997, Holiday Coast members have been accessing their accounts day and night, from wherever they are connected to the Internet, via our KeyNet Internet Banking service.

KeyNet is simple and easy to use. No special software is needed - all you need is a Version 5 or better Internet Browser that supports JavaScript. We recommend the use of the latest versions of mainstream browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.

KeyNet will provide you with your own personal banking service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It has been designed with your needs in mind, and an industry standard encryption method is used to ensure that access to your account is secure at all times.

• Advanced Transaction Search, including cheque number lookup

As well as being so convenient and easy to use, you will benefit from reduced transaction fees if you use the KeyNet service. For example, funds transfers and balance enquiries performed on general savings accounts via KeyNet are free of charge, whereas the same functions performed at one of our branches or by using an ATM will incur a fee.
