To Register for eStatements

• Login to Internet Banking - click here if you're not already registered for Internet Banking
• Click on the eStatements option in the Quicklinks menu bar or
• Go to the 'View' menu & select 'eStatements'
• Click on 'Register/Deregister' menu to register for eStatements
• View, Save or Print statements any time

Am I charged to view statements? If so, how much?
Last 12mths of statements are free to view. Viewing any older than 12mths (archived) incurs a fee of $2 per view/save.

At end of month.

As statements are received electronically, can I still print my statement?
Yes. You can view, save or print whenever & however many times you like.

If I register for eStatements can I still receive paper based statements?
No. You can receive one or the other, not both.

How do I know when I have received a new statement?
An 'alert' is displayed on the accounts and balances page within Internet Banking.

If I register, can I change my mind & go back to receiving paper based statements?
Yes. You can deregister yourself from within eStatements section in Internet Banking.
