Register for eStatements so you can receive your account statements online instead of in the mail.

Business Banking

Business Banking is an optional service that will allow you to submit batches of multiple transactions from any internal account to any internal or external accounts; as well as submit batches of multiple BPAY payments. This is especially handy for businesses using financial management packages such as MYOB or Quicken, as payment details such as payroll can be uploaded easily for processing. Business Banking will also allow you to check the status of your submitted batches online.

i-Saver Account

The i-Saver Account is a high interest self-service account, offering 24 hour a day access to your at-call funds, via the Internet.

Dual Password Authentication

Dual Password Authentication is available to members that have a savings account with multiple signatories loaded requiring more than one person to sign for transactions. Once activated, you will be prompted for a second valid password when performing a transaction on the account.

Security Features

The security of your personal financial information is important to us! We use industry standard encryption methods to ensure that your account details are secure at all times.

Standard security features include:

• Browser login page encryption (128 bit encryption data)
• Member chosen passwords
• Time out for inactivity after 5 minutes
• Lockout after 5 unsuccessful login attempts

• Two Factor Authentication via use of a Transaction Authentication Password or Vasco Token

Personalise Account Display

This function gives you the ability to personalise the display of accounts. It allows you to:

• Update account type with preferred account name, eg "Holiday Account"
• Mask an account number when displayed
• Hide an account so that it is not displayed
  

Open Savings Account

Additional savings accounts can be opened online in just a few easy steps & you can transfer some opening funds in the same process. (Note: Opening of joint accounts, and opening of accounts that have eligibility requirements cannot be performed online)

Online Loan Application

A simple easy to follow loan application is available to complete online once logged in. This application request will be forwarded to the Credit Union for prompt action.
