Telstra Network Notification
Holiday Coast Credit Union is aware that some members are experiencing difficulty connecting to the Internet Banking and Mobile APP during the evening. This problem appears to be affecting just Telstra Bigpond customers.
An error message states; ‘There was an error communicating with our servers. Please check your internet connection and try again’.
We have reported this problem to Telstra who are working to get it resolved as soon as possible.
We currently recommend if you have Bigpond WiFi services at home or work that you use your banking services out of the hours of 6-10pm. If you are using your Mobile banking APP during the evening, please switch to your 3G or 4G service to connect to your account.
Alternatively, we recommend you call Telstra Bigpond Technical support on 13 39 33 and they can assist you to adjust your DNS settings on your router until they resolve the DNS problem permanently.
