Changes to Fees and Charges, Account Conditions and Access Limits

We wish to advise of upcoming changes to our Fees and Charges, Account Conditions and Access Limits, that come into effect on 1 November 2018

Fees and Charges Changes

We have reviewed the fees and charges on our Deposit Account products with a view to simplifying the structure, ensuring the principle of user pays and to further reward members for the business they have with the credit union. 

The fees and charges relating to each of our deposit products from 1 November 2018 can be found in this document

Account Condition Changes

The percentage of the balance held in the S4 Great Day Offset account, which is deducted from the linked Home Loan account prior to interest being calculated on the Home Loan account will be reduced to 75% from 1 November 2018.

Access Limit Changes 

The following Access Limits will apply for Internet and Mobile App Banking from 1 November 2018.

Withdrawal Limitations for Internet & Mobile App Banking Standard Daily Limit 
  •  Transfers to accounts held at other Financial Institutions
  • BPAY® Payments
 $10,000.00 per member per day
  •  Transfers to accounts held at Holiday Coast Credit Union
 No Daily Limit
  •  Osko - Real Time Payments
 $1,000.00 per member per day
