Pay with your Visa Card using Apple Pay
Using Apple Pay is simple and it works with the devices you use every day. Your card information is secure because it isn’t stored on your device or shared when you pay. Paying in stores, apps and on the web has never been easier, safer, or more private.*
Set up is simple
Within HCCU APP
- When securely logged into your HCCU APP click the menu located in the top left corner and choose 'My Cards'
- Select the card you wish to add to your wallet
- Click "Add to Apple Wallet'
- Follow the security authentication process
- Tap the plus sign in the upper-right corner
- You will be prompted to use your camera to capture the card information* and follow the validation process
- Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone
- Tap Wallet & Apple Pay and select Add a Credit or Debit Card
- Add the card you wish to use
The easy, secure and private way to pay
Paying in stores
To pay in stores, there is no need to wake your iPhone or open an app. Just hold iPhone near the reader with your finger on Touch ID. You’ll see Done on the display, along with a subtle vibration and beep, letting you know your payment information was sent. On Apple Watch, double-click the side button and hold the display of your Apple Watch up to the reader. A gentle tap and beep confirms that your payment information was sent.*
Paying in apps and on the web
To pay in apps and on the web with iPhone and iPad, select Apple Pay as the payment method during checkout and place your finger on Touch ID. To pay on Mac in Safari, choose Apple Pay then complete the purchase with your iPhone or Apple Watch.*

When you use your Card in the Digital Wallet our Electronic Access Facilities & ePayments Conditions of Use will apply to the transaction. Refer to our website for those Conditions of Use https://www.hccu.com.au/important-info/important-information.You must protect and keep confidential your User ID, phone lock, passcode, passwords, and all other information required for you to make purchases with your Card using the Digital Wallet.
Always protect your passcode by using a unique number or pattern that is not obvious or can be easily guessed. Take precautions when using your Digital Wallet. Try to memorise your passcode or carefully disguise it. Never keep a record of your passcode with your device, on your device or computer, or tell anyone your passcode. Our Conditions of Use require you to report these events to us immediately: if your Device has been lost or stolen, you believe your security credentials have been compromised, if you believe there are errors, if you suspect fraud associated with your Digital Wallet. You may become liable for any unauthorised transactions if you unreasonably delay notifying us.
The Digital Wallet Provider is responsible for the functioning of the Digital Wallet, not us.
When you load the Card into Digital Wallet, there is a sharing of your personal information between us and the Digital Wallet Provider and between you and the Digital Wallet Provider.

What should I do if I'm having difficulty adding a card?

How can I change my default card within Apple Pay?
Go to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay on your compatible iPhone or iPad. Tap Default Card, then choose a new card.
